In line with government guidance all non-essential retail stores within the centre will close 9pm Thursday 26th November. Next are operating a click and collect service on a an appointment basis, entry to these stores are available through the central gates.

To ensure you can shop safely, we have some new measures in place:

Please observe the one-way system around the centre
Sanitising stations are in place at all the entrances and throughout the mall
We would like you to be mindful there is a limit to the number of customers in each store at any one time, this number will displayed at each store entrance.

If you’re travelling from afar, The Boulevard offers everything you need to make the most of your day, with a range of restaurants and first-class entertainment. And if you’re more local to us, we’re a great place to simply drop in and pick up a bargain or bite to eat. Situated beside the main A1 Dublin to Belfast Road, just minutes from the historic town of Banbridge, we’re easy to find and quick to get to. We’re just 30 minutes outside of Belfast, an hour away from the spectacular North Antrim coast, and 90 minutes from Dublin by car.

Baby changing facilities

Find our baby changing facilities adjacent to Beauty Outlet.

Bottle warming and breast feeding

Breast feeding facilities can be found in the restroom areas adjacent to Omniplex. If you’d like your baby’s bottle warmed, just ask the nearest restaurant or café – they’ll happily do it for you, or provide any equipment you need.

Each store has its own Euro policy. Please check the rate directly with each store before making a purchase.

Coach drop-off point

Our coach drop-off point is adjacent to the coach drivers’ rest area in the carpark at the M&S Outlet. This allows easy access to the mall and prioritises the safety of all coach passengers visiting The Boulevard.

Dog policy

Dogs are more than welcome at The Boulevard as long as they’re kept on a lead and remain with their owners at all times. Only guide dogs are permitted in stores.

Tax free shopping

If you’re a non-EU citizen, you can make fantastic discounts from The Boulevard even more rewarding by receiving a tax refund on products purchased at our participating stores. All non-EU citizens can claim taxes back on purchases when exporting goods. Simply look for the Tax Refund sign when you’re shopping and ask the cashier for a Tax Refund receipt.
