Breast feeding facilities can be found in the restroom areas adjacent to Omniplex. If you’d like your baby’s bottle warmed, just ask the nearest restaurant or café – they’ll happily do it for you, or provide any equipment you need.

Our team of friendly customer service advisors are available to answer your questions and provide assistance at our Guest Services Point, located behind Burger King.

You can hire mobility scooters and wheelchairs, free of charge, from Guest Services.

Please note scooters/wheelchairs can only be reserved for a period of one hour.

Coach Drop-off Point
Our coach drop-off point is adjacent to Guest Services in Car Park B at the M&S Outlet.
This allows easy access to the mall and prioritises the safety of all coach passengers visiting The Boulevard.

Dog Policy
Dogs are more than welcome at The Boulevard as long as they are kept on a lead and remain with their owners at all times. Only guide dogs are permitted into all stores. Pooch permissions vary across stores, please check with individual stores before entering.

Tax Free Shopping
If you are a non-EU citizen, you can make a trip to The Boulevard even more rewarding by receiving a tax refund on products purchased at our participating stores.
All non-EU citizens can claim taxes back on purchases when exporting goods. Simply look for the Tax Refund sign when you’re shopping and ask the cashier for a Tax Refund receipt.
