Terms & Conditions
Your B Exclusive Card will be valid until the expiry date shown on the front of your card.
B Exclusive card is issued by and remains the property of The Boulevard and The Boulevard reserve the right to withdraw the card at any time.
The Boulevard and any of the participating stores reserves the right to alter or amend the conditions of offer any time without notice. Please check the terms and conditions of the particular offer you are interested in remain the same as those printed in the B Exclusive Booklet before making a purchase.
In all circumstances you must inform the Retailer that you have a B Exclusive Card immediately prior to the point of purchase (e.g. at the till), it cannot be redeemed against previous transactions. The Boulevard reserve the right to take any appropriate action deemed necessary where it is found the cardholder has used the card in breach of these conditions or has been abused.
The Boulevard are not responsible for any complaints or issues with the individual businesses offering discounts, these must be bought up with the businesses themselves. Discounts may not be redeemed for cash.
By registering to participate in the B Exclusive Card you will be asked to provide certain personal information, including your name, mobile phone number, email address and date of birth. We are committed to maintaining the security of your personal information in accordance with the requirements of the Data Protection Act 1998 (and any other applicable data protection laws) and will take all reasonable steps to ensure that your personal data is kept secure against unauthorised access, loss, disclosure or destruction. The Privacy Policy will apply whenever you provide us with personal information and is incorporated by reference into the Terms. Except as required by law, or in accordance with the Terms and the Privacy Policy, your personal information will not be passed to any other person without your permission.
